Does remodeling require any legal permits?
No. If you do not move/remove any structural walls and you do not change the facade, you do not need any permits.
How much does a renovation cost?
Prices vary by each project. To give you a hint, full renovation prices start at €550/sqm, average around €1000 and can go up to €1500 depending on what mechanical solutions and finishing materials you choose.
How can I make sure that the project will be fulfilled?
We always work based on a mutually signed contract before starting the project. The contract must contain a project plan with milestones of handover and payments.
Can I remodel my apartment located in a historic building?
Yes, it is possible. However there are some restrictions that we have to comply with. This usually does not influence the outcome of the remodeling at all.

How many times do I need to be present?
We specialize in remote, worry-free renovations, therefore you do not need to be present in person during the whole process. We will stay in touch online (ie.: Viber, Whatsapp, email, Skype, Teams, Telegram, Signal, etc.). If you prefer to be here in person, you are always welcome.
What do I need to pay attention to?
We are here to manage the whole process while being compliant with local regulations and meeting the deadlines and quality expectations that we agreed on.
However there are certain decision making points when your approval is necessary. We will guide you through the process so you will have time to make the decisions according to the project plans.
I have a property outside Budapest. Is it possible to remodel/construct it as well?
Of course, we can help. We provide our services nationwide.
How long does it take to get a cost estimate?
We are usually able to send you a quote within a week after our detailed discussion. In case it needs some out of ordinary solutions, the process can take up to 2 weeks.
How can I be sure that my furniture and other belongings in the apartment are safe?
We have been working together with our colleagues for years and we always pay attention to take good care of your apartment and furniture. Should any damage occur, our insurance covers it.
Can I pay in any other currency than Hungarian forint?
Naturally. We calculate the exchange rate when the payment is done and we accept EUR, USD, GBP, CHF, CZK, PLN, SEK, NOK, AUD, CAD, NZD, SGD
How long does it take to finish a project?
It depends on its complexity. You will receive a detailed project plan together with the contract where you will see the exact timing and milestones of the whole renovation.
